Active Ageing

At Cheltenham Town Community Trust, we believe that staying active and connected is important at every stage of life.

Our Active Ageing programme brings together a range of free, friendly activities designed to help older adults stay active, build confidence, meet new people and enjoy being part of their local community.

Whether you enjoy football, gentle exercise, social activities or simply trying something new, there is something for everyone.

SEATED EXERCISE SESSIONS IN YOUR LOCAL LIBRARY

Our free weekly seated exercise sessions are delivered in partnership with Gloucestershire Libraries and funded by Sport England.

Designed for older adults and anyone who would benefit from gentle, low-impact physical activity, the sessions are a welcoming way to improve strength, balance and mobility while meeting new people.
